Imagine your phone buzzing, and instead of a work email or a group chat, it’s a message from your dog  “Where are you  ???? I miss you ????” or “Just barked at the mailman. All good now.” The idea of dogs being able to text is both hilarious and heartwarming. They’d probably spam you with updates every five minutes   from “Squirrel alert!!!” to “I licked the couch again.” Their texts would be full of typos, emojis, and way too many exclamation marks, but every message would be overflowing with love (and requests for treats).

Beyond the fun, the thought reveals just how deep the bond between humans and dogs really is. If they could communicate more directly, they’d probably remind us every day how much they love us and how exciting even the simplest things are   like a walk around the block or a belly rub. Dogs wouldn’t care about gossip or news; they’d just want to know when you’re coming home, what you’re eating, and if they can come too.
